Arrival & Departure: Your accommodation at the Keilor Motor Inn will be available from 12.00 pm on the day of your arrival. On the day of your departure, you must vacate the room no later than 10.00 am unless otherwise agreed.

Guarantee Policy: Your reservation can be guaranteed by paying a deposit within 5 days after your reservation is confirmed or 4 days prior to arrival (whichever comes first) or by submitting your credit card details as a “guarantee of arrival”. (Note: You must use a credit card to guarantee an online booking.)

Your guaranteed reservation will be held for you on your scheduled day of arrival. If you are unable to meet this reservation please ensure your booking is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy set out below to avoid any unnecessary cancellation fees.
